NOTE: I have not (yet) included any mini-dungeons from The Dungeoneer or The Dragon, with the exception of Night of the Walking Wet (which ties together practically the entirety of the first six issues of Dungeoneer into one fantastic module).  Since the definition of a module is hazy or nonexistent for most of this period, some inclusions (i.e. CSIO) or omissions (i.e. Castle Book I) may seem arbitrary or anachronistic, but I had to draw the line somewhere.  Also, I think some of these are of ambiguous “officialness” (FFC for sure, possibly also Misty Isles and Fazzlewood), but their omission would be awkward in the context.  —Falconer
